This explains what RealtyVerdict.com collects, how we use it, and your choices. RealtyVerdict is an information site for real estate professionals.
What we collect
Very little. Two things: basic technical data when you visit (the pages you view, your rough location by country, and your device and browser type), and anything you choose to send us by email.
How we collect it
Our site runs on Cloudflare, which handles security and gives us simple, privacy-friendly visitor counts. To do that, Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses and technical data. If you email us, your message is received and stored by our email provider so we can reply.
Why we collect it
The visitor counts help us see which pages readers find useful. Your emails are used only to answer you.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal data. We don’t build advertising profiles. We don’t run advertising trackers.
Cookies
We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits, and it doesn’t track you with cookies. The only cookies on the site are the ones our host, Cloudflare, needs for security. If we ever add cookies that need your permission, we’ll ask first.
Who we share data with
Only the services that run the site: Cloudflare (security and analytics) and our email provider. We don’t share your data with anyone else, and we don’t sell it. Links to other companies’ sites are covered by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete anything you’ve sent us by email. Just write to [email protected].
How long we keep data
Visitor counts are kept in a general form that isn’t tied to you. Emails are kept only as long as we need them to handle your message.
Children
This site is made for real estate professionals and is not aimed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Data handled outside your country
Our providers may process data on servers in other countries. By using the site, you understand your data may be handled this way.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date at the top.
