RealtyVerdict (realtyverdict.com) is an informational website. It collects as little personal data as it can while still working.
What is collected: standard server and analytics data (pages visited, approximate location by country or city, device and browser type) used only to understand what readers find useful; and anything a reader chooses to send by email to [email protected], used only to answer that email. Emails are received and stored by our email service provider and are kept only as long as the conversation needs.

Cookies and analytics: the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses and technical data to provide security, and supplies the privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics used to count visits and understand reading patterns; no advertising trackers are installed. Where consent is required by law, it is asked for.
